I stumbled upon this awesome site the other day, wigix.com. It’s still in beta, but after playing around with them for a few days, I really think this could be something big.

It’s eBay without listing fees. If you buy or sell something for under $25 there are no fees whatsoever!

It’s more than eBay though, because it has a lot more to offer and is more user friendly. It’s built and maintained by the community. And for doing the work, you get to share in the profit.

So here is a list of things you can do easily at Wigix:

• Buy and sell stuff
• Calculate the value of your stuff
• Find product manuals
• Research and compare stuff
• Create a gift registry and a wish list
• See what your friends want
• Meet other collectors
• Profit from your product expertise.

You don’t have to sell anything to make money there. which to me, is quite brilliant. Like I mentioned, it’s in beta, but get in now, get your username and start helping to build the catalog. And let’s all keep those fees at bay together!
